Shipping/Return Policy

 

Shipping:

Please allow 3-5  business days for your order to process.

Tracking information will be sent via email. Our goal is to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 days after processing time to receive your tracking number via email.

 

 International Shipping:

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

 

 

  •  WE ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Orders that are returned back to us because of incorrect addresses will result in order cancellation. You will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
  • Please be advised our body butters may melt in transit during warmer months. This will not affect the body butter. It is recommended not to leave packages outside for a long period of time. If body butter has melted, place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. We are not responsible for melted body butters.
  • Shelf life for our body butters are 12 months. 
  • Store body butter in a dry, cool area.
  • Our products are handmade, therefore not all batches may be the same. Pictures are just for reference. There may be a slight color and consistency difference from batch to batch.
  • We recommend doing a test patch first to ensure you are not allergic to any ingredients.
  • Our products are for EXTERNAL USE only. Please do not ingest.

 

Returns:

At Simply True, we take great care in creating our natural and organic hair and skin care products, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.

We understand that under certain circumstances, there may be an issue with your purchase. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues and may issue store credit at our discretion.

Please note that concerns about your purchase must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. We appreciate your understanding and support of our brand and products. 

 

Order Cancellations:

  • To cancel an order, please send an email to orders@shopsimplytrue.com
  • Please add "Cancel" to subject line to expedite order cancellation. Emails must be sent within 1 hour after placing your order.
  • If your order has been processed, we cannot cancel or change your order.
